The Texas Business Leadership Council (TBLC) is a statewide network of CEOs and senior business leaders who are committed to ensuring a high quality of life and opportunity to all Texans by building a globally competitive Texas. Through collaboration, research, advocacy and business expertise across multiple industries, the TBLC provides a voice for bipartisan insights and recommendations for outcomes on legislation, regulations and statewide funding that impacts both businesses and citizens of Texas.

Complementing the work of the TBLC, the Foundation for a Globally Competitive Texas (FGCT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created by Texas business leaders in 2006 to facilitate the growth of a prosperous Texas in a globally competitive business environment.
